Brown, Houston named to HPU Dean’s List

Howard Payne University, Brownwood, honored two from Fredericksburg for academic success during the fall 2018 semester. The students who made the Dean’s List were Kalin Brown and Jeremy Houston. Students must earn a 4.0 grade point average to be named to the President’s List, a 3.65-3.99 grade point
