The Central Hill Country Board of Realtors held the 39th Annual Awards and Installation Banquet last week at the Venue at Rafter E Ranch. The 2018 Realtor of the Year was presented to Mimi Bartel of Century 21 Sunset, Realtors. The 2018 Rookie of the Year award was given to Brittney Horton of Absolute
