Live Springs court case settled

A five-year court case is coming to a close between Gillespie County and Live Springs Ranch, Ltd., the developers of the Live Springs Ranch subdivision. Live Springs Ranch agreed to pay about 60 percent of the county’s attorney fees, which was estimated between $80,000-$85,000, according to Gillespie
