Gillespie County Commissioners on Monday OK’d an agreement to house an aviation education company at the Gillespie County Airport terminal. Crosswind Aviation, the brainchild of Gwen Fullbrook, will use a closet at the terminal to house a flight simulator machine. Fullbrook hopes access to the machine
