A 2014 Harper High School graduate and Kerrville native is currently serving aboard the largest amphibious warship in the United States Navy. Airman Chance Hale is an airman serving aboard USS Boxer, based in San Diego. As a Navy airman, Hale is responsible for making sure the flight deck is ready
