Track season is about to hit Gillespie County. Fredericksburg High School and Harper High School are both starting track and field competition in the upcoming weeks. FHS starts with the Liberty Hill Relays on Saturday, Feb. 17, at Liberty Hill High School. The Billies then host the Fredericksburg
