A memorial plaque honoring Staff Sgt. Christopher Staats was dedicated at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Texas Army National Guard Armory in Fredericksburg. Staats was killed in action in 2009 in the Wardak Province, Afghanistan, while stationed in the Ghazni Province. The plaque was donated by retired members
