Over 40 commercial, residential projects in the works for the city

The City of Fredericksburg has 28 commercial and 14 residential projects currently pending or under construction. Brian Jordan, director of development services, said the biggest projects currently nearing completion are the school campus projects and the Orchard Grove apartment complex at Lower Crabapple
