Harper High School rising sophomore Gracie Green was recently named to the Texas Girls Coaches Association Conference 2A All-State track and field team. Green was the only HHS female athlete to compete at the 2017 UIL state championship track meet held last month in Mike A. Myers Stadium on the campus
