The American Chuck Wagon Association (ACWA) Championship Cook Off will be held in Fredericksburg, Thursday through Saturday, March 30-April 1, at the Gillespie County Fair Grounds. The ACWA Championship Cook Off will include 15 to 20 prequalified chuck wagon teams that have won in previous competitions
