Fredericksburg City Council met Monday and approved an adjustment to the Lady Bird Johnson Municipal Golf Course fees that will require area high schools to pay $90 per student golfer, annually. “This is the same ordinance that you considered on Sept. 19,” said Clinton Bailey, director of public
