Commissioners buy body cameras for law enforcement

Gillespie County Commissioners on Monday approved the purchase of body cameras for the sheriff’s office and Constable Precinct 2. Eighteen VISTA High Definition (HD) cameras and five body cameras for the sheriff’s office were approved for $159,215 and one VISTA HD camera for Constable Precinct 2
