FHS makes state playoff run, falls short of finals

Angela Lopez was the last Billies standing at the state competition, having made it through to the second day of matches at the Annemarie Tennis Center in San Antonio. Lopez fell to Richland High School’s Amanda Tanaka in the UIL 4A Tennis State Semifinals 6-1, 6-0.
