I am proud to operate Hat & Heart Farm, a sixth-generation family farm rooted in Gillespie County since the earliest days of Fredericksburg. I learned to drive a tractor before I could reach the pedals and started selling at farmers markets as a teenager. Today, we steward 93 acres, raising vegetables, laying hens, and meat goats using organic and sustainable practices.
