John Wallace, Market President of Happy State Bank Fredericksburg, was presented the National Outstanding Eagle Scout Award at the annual 2026 Scouting Leadership Luncheon held this past week in Fredericksburg. The event was hosted by local businessman Steve Allen, a former recipient of the prestigious Award, and was well-attended by Eagle Scouts representing multiple decades, along with several Scouting executives from the Capitol Area Council.
