Small teams, big results: Building superteams

The Chamber’s small team of five is much like 90% of the businesses in Gillespie County. The team handles over 600 members, provides background finger printing service, and produces 32 events. These events range in size from 30 attendees to over 20,000 for the annual Christmas Light the Night parade. Many of the small businesses that make up 99% of Chamber members have teams even smaller than ours. To use an old boxing maxim, we are all “punching above our weight.”
