Visiting Chamber members across the county I have observed that we have a diversity of generations working as managers as well as line employees. In some tasting rooms the manager is part of the Millennial generation and is managing Gen X and/or Baby Boomers who are part-time workers. We also have Baby Boomers in leadership roles with employees across 3 generations (Gen X, Millennials and Gen Z).
