The Gillespie County Sheriff’s Office responded to 284 calls for service during the week of March 9-15. They also handled 113 traffic stops, issued 82 warnings and 16 citations and responded to 11 traffic accidents 3 major and 8 minor. They made 22 arrests for the week and as of Tuesday, March 17 there were 73 people in the Gillespie County Jail.
