Elizabeth Dulaney, of Fredericksburg, was elected to the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi in February. Dulaney, an industrial engineering student at Clemson University, is among 20,000 students, faculty, professional staff and alumni to be initiated into Phi Kappa Phi each year.
