Texas artist Hegemier to demo works next week
Robin Hegemier will demonstrate her technique for using tissue paper as a textural element in her works at the Guadalupe Watercolor Group (GWG) from 1-3 p.m. Tuesday, March 10, at the Kerr Arts & Culture Center. GWG meetings are free and open to the public.
