Man arrested for trying to fake urinalysis test

The Gillespie County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to 406 calls for the week of Feb 9-15. They made 226 traffic stops, issued 36 citations and 135 warnings. They also responded to 10 accidents four were considered major and six minor. They made 23 arrests and the Gillespie County Jail population as of Tuesday, Feb. 17 was 82.
