Eagle Scout project revives history

Last winter, aspiring Eagle Scout Hagen Nicely used 100-year old reclaimed pine to build a brand new information panel for Fort Martin Scott State Historical Site. The 17 year old’s custommade tilted panel features flipboards which reveal information about the history of the former U.S. Army outpost.
