GCSO arrests multiple suspects in drug-related traffic stops

The Gillespie County Sheriff’s Office responded to 377 calls for service during the week of Jan. 12-18. They also handled 215 traffic stops, issued 162 warnings and 20 citations and responded to five traffic accidents, one major and four minor. They made 11 arrests for the week and as of Monday, Jan. 20 there were 71 people in the Gillespie County Jail.
