Peter Edwin Skornik, 75, of Fredericksburg, died Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2025.

Skornik was born on Dec. 16, 1949 in Salem, Massachusetts, the son of Edwin Chester Skornik and Alida V. Konopka Skornik. He married Beverly Horner on Oct. 12, 1968 in Phoenix, Arizona, and she survives.

In addition to his wife, Skornik is survived by two sons, Brian Skornik and Bradly Skornik, four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
