New eatery Bottega Salaria to arrive in February

This winter, the Hill Country will gain a distinctive new culinary destination as Bottega Salaria, an Italian osteria and artisan bottega, officially opens in Fredericksburg.

Rooted in the flavors, history and traditions of Rome’s famed Via Salaria, Bottega Salaria, opening at 312 E. Austin St., brings an elevated, yet personal, dining experience to town.
