Ruiz qualifies for state XC meet

Although the Fredericksburg High School boys’ varsity cross country team won’t travel to state as a unit, the team’s top runner Jose Ruiz has qualified as an individual after placing 12th in the UIL 4A Region IV meet in Corpus Christi on Tuesday, Oct. 21.
