Orchestra performs memorial concert
The Fredericksburg Community Orchestras (FCO) and First Presbyterian Church of Kerrville will present a memorial concert for All Saints’ Day on Sunday, Nov. 2, honoring the victims of the July 4 flood and other loved ones lost throughout the year.
