New sparkling wine facility opens at Invention Vineyards
Heath Sparkling Wines and Invention Vineyards have announced guided tours at the Heath Family Brands’ new sparkling wine production facility at Invention Vineyards. This fullcommerical winery has the capacity to produce more than 25,000 cases annually using méthode champenoise, the traditional winemaking method used in Champagne, France.
