Constitutional Amendment elections can seem detached when the things that affect us the most are closer to home. But we encourage everyone to vote on the 17 amendments on the November 4 ballot. On page A2, we are reviewing each of the amendments and listing pro and con arguments for both. This is done in hopes of raising awareness and encouraging voter participation.
