Applications are being accepted through Nov. 3 for the 2026 class of Young Masters, a joint initiative by the Texas Commission on the Arts and Texas Cultural Trusts, that provides Texas student artists in grades 8-11 with financial help to pursue advanced study in visual and literary arts, music, theater, dance, folk and media arts.
