Commissioners vote to keep tax rate the same

The Gillespie County Commissioners Court reversed course last week, deciding to approve the FY2025-2026 tax rate at the same level as last year. During Friday’s special meeting of the court, the commissioners approved both the tax rate and budget for the fiscal year.
