Junebug’s Barbecue, the newest entrant into Fredericksburg’s dining scene is located on the Albert Hotel property at its Austin Street entrance, is the second restaurant by Michelin Chef Michael Fojtasek. It will open for business on Friday, June 6, Albert Hotel representatives said, with the hours of 2-8 p.m. (or until sold out). Regular hours starting June 12 will be 11 a.m. until sold out, Thursdays through Sundays.
