THE MEUSE BREAKS GROUND

Developers, city officials and well-wishers were on hand Tuesday morning for groundbreaking ceremonies for Fredericksburg’s newest luxury development, The Meuse, a 200-room resort at the intersection of U.S. 290 West and U.S. 87 North.
