To pay tribute to those who lost their lives during the attacks on Sept. 11, 2001, Major Devin Mullen and Fredericksburg Police Department officer Chris Conley organized a stair-climbing tribute at Fredericksburg High School Stadium. A total of 245 students and first responders participated in the event throughout the day on Wednesday, Sept. 11.
