Judge recounts journey through camera lens
Before James E. Heupel took up law, he dabbled in photography. His first camera was a hand-me-down cardboard Brownie given to him by his father when he was eight years old in 1954. When he retired from judicial duties for the second time in July, his love of photography came full circle.
