Council says no to annex plan, chain store on Main
Presiding Municipal Court Judge Shelley Becker recognized Associate Judge James E. Heupel for his 15 years of service to the City of Fredericksburg in municipal court and for his 27 years of judicial service in the U.S. Air Force. City Council members put the kibosh on annexing the Kinman Subdivision on Mariposa Drive, which is outside the city limits, and a chain store on Main Street at Tuesday’s council meeting.
