Elizabeth and Hector Rodriguez “sign a stud” on Monday, May 20, in celebration of construction progress at the Little Hearts Child Development Center. Ms. Rodriguez said, “I was on the board of the Hill Country Community Needs Council for six years. This project is so needed by our community and would not have been possible without the dedication of the staff, the board, all of our volunteers and our generous patrons.”
