Fredericksburg High School and Fredericksburg Middle School jazz bands took the stage Sunday the first “Musical Evenings” free concert series hosted by the Pedernales Creative Arts Alliance. The concerts are sponsored by PCAA, which uses Oktoberfest proceeds to host the concerts as a way of thanking the community for its volunteerism during Fredericksburg’s largest festival.
