Council denies Meuse project at ‘Y’
Shelley Goodwin, City Secretary, received a certificate of appreciation for her five years of service to Fredericksburg from Mayor Jeryl Hoover as council members Bobby Watson and Randy Briley look on. She will be leaving March 27 to become the city secretary for Rockport.
