Harper’s Shelbie Sherman runs at state individually
The Harper High School cross country team did not advance to state as a team this year, but that didn’t stop Shelbie Sherman from qualifying individually for the University Interscholastic League (UIL) Class 2A State Cross Country Meet at Old Settler’s Park in Round Rock Saturday morning.
Sherman ran the course with a time of 13:35 and ended up placing 93rd in the state individually.
