A blend of arrangements ranging from chamber music, orchestral classics, popular music and jazz — among other genres — will be featured here Sunday, Oct. 15, when the Fredericksburg Music Club presents its second of eight 2023-2024 season concerts with a performance by the Rastrelli Cello Quartet.
