The Hill Country Chapter of the Tarleton Alumni Association held their annual meeting on Friday, July 27, at Western Edge Kitchen & Cocktails. The reception began at 6 p.m. with a social hour, followed by a dinner. After the meal, local freshman students who will be attending Tarleton State University in the fall were recognized. Representatives from Tarleton came to congratulate the students and inform alumni about upcoming events on campus. Approximately 60 alumni, students and guests were in attendance. The evening concluded with a silent auction and prize drawing for Tarleton memorabilia.
