A memorial display was set up for Fredericksburg Fire Captain Stacy Kuhlmann, who died in a one-car wreck Friday near Ozona. Kuhlmann was a lifelong resident of Fredericksburg who began his firefighting career as a volunteer with the FVFD in 1990.
