  For the 13th year, the Fredericksburg Morning Rotary Club sponsored the annual Kraut Run 5K & 8K Timed Run and 5K Walk. Winning the 5K division was Jackie Mancuso, who finished with a time of 21:09.398 and a 6:48 pace, according to Athlete Guild. Coming in second was Sterling Blocker, who won
