County and major livestock show broiler orders are now being taken for the 2023 Gillespie County, San Antonio, Houston and Austin livestock shows. Chicks are ordered in increments of 25, and a minimum of 25 must be ordered per exhibitor. Maximum per exhibitor is 75 birds. Birds will be ordered per
