Gillespie County Sheriff’s Office deputies received a call of a physical disturbance at a residence in the 8800 block of U.S. 87 North on June 24. While enroute, deputies were informed that the victim had taken refuge at a neighbor’s home. Joshua Allen Grandstaff, 33, of Fredericksburg, was arrested
