Hoover, Kirchner and Klein win council seats

Jeryl Hoover will return to the Mayor's seat on the Fredericksburg City Council, and he will be joined by Emily Eppright Kirchner and Tony Klein, according to unofficial city results released at 11:10 p.m. Saturday night. Hoover won with 1,335 votes over incumbent Charlie Kiehne, who had 706. Challenger
