Hartmann named 2022 TGCA all-star

Fredericksburg High School junior Ella Hartmann was selected as a 1A-4A Texas Girls Coaches Association (TGCA) all-star last week. The TGCA selects 12 juniors for one of two teams and the athletes are selected by the TGCA Basketball Committee at their annual meeting. Hartmann was one of 12 players
