Texas Heritage Vineyard Tasting Room, 3245 East U.S. 290, will host members of the Former Texas Rangers Association who will provide living history exhibits featuring the Alamo, the Runaway Scrape and Goliad from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Billy Johnson will perform a Texas flag retirement ceremony at 4 p.m.
