When Ellen and Dwayne Fowler were too snowed in to deliver their prepped meals to their Fit Meals RX customers in Austin, they decided to give the food to locals in need. With the help of the Hill Country Community Needs Council, owners of the meal prep service distributed around 2,500 meals to those
